每一款標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的風(fēng)冷卻器產(chǎn)品,都有對應(yīng)的性能曲線圖,
用戶根據(jù)曲線圖選型,依據(jù)的是兩個(gè)必要的參數(shù):
第一,實(shí)際的流量,
第二,當(dāng)量冷卻功率,也叫等比比散熱功率。
所以,這兩個(gè)參數(shù)都不知道,或者只知道其中一個(gè),都不能準(zhǔn)確選擇風(fēng)冷卻器。
這對于使用者來說,是有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的。我們常常告訴他們,核心的參數(shù)不夠,無法推薦合適的產(chǎn)品。因?yàn)檫x大的或選小了都會造成浪費(fèi)。
這是一件令人沮喪的事情。
但不是一件困難的事情。
所以,使用者或廠家十分必要搞清楚風(fēng)冷卻器這兩個(gè)參數(shù)。

如果不能提供上面的兩個(gè)參數(shù),就只能依據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)總功率的1/3作為風(fēng)冷卻器選型的參數(shù)。

There is a simple calculation formula for you,
 
According to the oil temperature at the inlet and outlet of the air cooler, the heat dissipation of the system is estimated,
 
Pv ≈ 0.028 × L × (T in - T out)
 
T inlet: hydraulic oil inlet temperature (℃)
 
T outlet: outlet temperature of hydraulic oil (℃)
